With our Virtual Office solution, you will be able to:

  • Collaboration in work teams: You will be able to manage your teams agilely and efficiently for collaborative project development, share resources and/or knowledge, provide tools for team interaction in ideation or problem-solving processes, as well as configure and customize workflows, etc.
  • Store and share files: You will have 1 TB of storage available.
  • Mobile device compatibility: Your solution will be compatible with mobile devices.
  • Calendar and agenda: It will allow you to organize a calendar and your planned tasks.





Maximum Aid Amount

The maximum aid is €250 per user, with the following limits according to your company size:

  • Segment V (0 < X < 3 employees): up to 2 users (maximum €500).
  • Segment IV (3 ≤ X < 10 employees): up to 9 users (maximum €2,250).
  • Segment III (10 ≤ X < 50 employees): up to 48 users (maximum €12,000).
  • Segment II (50* ≤ X < 100 employees): up to 99 users (maximum €24,750).
  • Segment I (100 ≤ X < 250 employees): up to 116 users (maximum €29,000).

* In Segment IV (labeled as II in the official Digital Kit list for this range), companies with fewer than 50 employees are included if they are considered medium-sized enterprises by exceeding the annual turnover and annual balance sheet threshold of €10 million.





Execution Percentages Associated with Phases

The service implementation is divided into two phases for the purpose of aid justification:

  • First Phase: 70% (Corresponding to phase 1 justification)
  • Second Phase: 30% (Corresponding to phase 2 justification)
